WE WANT EXCEMPTION UNDER HINDU SUCCESSION ACT 1956 IN SECTION 14

OUR GRANDMOTHER CAN BE FULLY OWNER OF OUR GRANDFATHER PROPETY UNDER THIS RULE ? AT THE TIME OF PARTION OUR FATHER AND UNCLE'S WERE MINOR AND SHE BECAME INHERITENCE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY
( THIS PROPERTY IS ANCESTRAL PROPERTY )

She will not be full owner of all property. 2/3 property will be in name of minor ie. ur father an d uncle, she will be merely minor guerdian.
