If an Union Cabinet Minister can become the President of International Cricket Council, why practice of dual profession or Bank Officer like me not allowed to practice law? Even BCI is not willing to enrol us for membership. It is not unfair? Can this aspect be constitutional verified in a court? Being a cricket umpire myself, I need to apply for umpteen permissions and comply with all procedures before I officiate in any cricket match. Please correct me if my plea is unfair.

While the Country is in the grip of unemployment,poverty and high population and in the midst of good human resources the person sitting with twin powers could not be allowed.

Agriculture is the backbone of Indian Economy. Farmers and Agricultural laborers are the most under privileged working class in this country who fills our stomach without even getting their basic issues addressed. Suicide of farmers is on the rise getting unnoticed everyday. But our Cabinet Minister for Agriculture has other aspirations to lead the world's leading money and muscle-power in the name of Cricket. Let our Courts intervene and address these issues
