interim bail for purposes of taking examination

(Querist) 20 September 2010 This query is : Resolved 
whether a person accused of an offence u/s 15 of NDPS Act, involving commercial quantity(yet to be declared as juvenile)can be granted interim regular bail u/s 437 or 439 Cr.P.C. for taking his examinations?

if anybody can help me with case law in this regard?

Section 437 Cr.PC is very clear and specific and but your client cannot fit into any one of the conditions imposed in contravention of Section 15 of NDPS Act. These aspects have been ruled in Ajaib Singh case law.
