I have to convey my 3 properties in different places in same district to my sisters son through WILL.Whether i can convey all the properties in same one WILL or for each property I have to execute seperate WILL? Thank you.

No, in a single Will you can mention as many property as you wish.

Yes. It is enough to execute a singe Will and give the properties to the beneficiaries.

There cannot be more than one Will of a person. In fact,U must have to settle ALL PROPERTIES,BOTH MOVABLE & IMMOVABLE in that single Will.
