I would like to know what is the R.C.R. and its meaning & affect and what is the difference between RCR & Section 9.

Dear friend, both are one, why you are in confusion?it is not Sec.9, it is only Sec.9 of Hindu Marriage Act, as it indicates the provisions of Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Hindu Marriage Law

Dear sir thanks for ur reply, there is a another quarry i.e. sec.9 is helpful to file divorce or it is protect from 498a ? becoz wife residing with her parents since last 7 months i was married in May 2009, after marriage of 2 months i was seperate from my parents, but she file case against me & my parents under section 125 and other 12 18,19,20,21 & 22,can u suggest me what i do at this stage

Yes. Section 9 of hindu marriage act is the provision for rcr. Even somebody filing petition under this section just for protecting them self from 498.a of ipc
