old chawl pagadi system

Hi Everyone,
I am living in the 1932 old chawl pagadi system. Our old Owner Mr. Joshi sold chawl to Mr. Karkhanis (Popular Investments), but Property card is still on the Mr. Joshi name. As Popular Investment compony is seized by the Court in fraud case.
So for last 10-12 years nobody from court or Mr. Karkhanis is in contact with us.
So is it possible to form Co. Ho. Society?

i suggest you to form an Resident's Welfare Association in order to fight for the rights of the residents. Forming CGHS may not serve the said purpose as mainly it is formed to tender for land and make houses for pooling funds by its members.
