There is no rule to predict the time to be consumed in disposing of a case under DV Act. F0r rest of the answers ,go through the Bare Act.

This deadline of 60 days is only directory. Till date no court has concluded any case under DV Act within such time.

Though Act prescribed 60 days, there are some procedural incapabilities for delay. Can finish in 6 months
