settlement deed for muslim

My muslim friend has a self acquired house property at Erode. He is a senior citizen and stays in the ground floor of the property with his wife. He has only two daughters and both of them are married 10 years back. He does not have any son. He desires to write a settlement deed in respect of his house property. Kindly advise how to go about this.

he is self earned property so no one ask any question as he wish doing, so what he like to do so , can do that, he can settled one daughter or his wife as he wish's

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. My muslim friend just wants a draft format of the settlement deed so that he can finalize and register the same since he has already crossed 70 years
