Is my job candidancy challenged due to my accident case reg. underIPC 337

Respected Sir,
I am a final year BTECH student from hyderabad with merit of 81% and a want to pursue career as a police or military personnel.
Unfortunately, I met with an accident and a case has been registered against me under section 337 in police station in my uncle's village.
Am I not eligible for government jobs. case is still pending in court. If so Is there any way overcome it.

no/an accident case shall not bar your jobs prospect .you shall remain eligible for government jobs.

sir application to indian navy sates one should not apply if he is arrested/ prosecuted and convicted by a criminal court or involved in any other case registered by the Police.
