A girl had filed 498A case against her husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law & sister-in-law and she had filed a DV complain also.
The husband n family filed an application for quashing in the high court against the 498A, 406 r/w sec 34 this application was rejected by the high court.
They also filed an application for quashing in the high court against the DV. Here the father-in-law & mother-in-law got quashed & their lawyer did not press for the husband on health & age grounds.
This is not right, the father-in-law & mother-in-law are also guilty, they used to go the girls matrimonial & harass her. Once the harrassment went so far, that their own son ( the complainant's husband) made a NC in the nearby police station u/s 504 & 506 of the IPC.
Can we file a case of perjury against these people & produce the copy of the NC as proof & request the high court to cancel the quashing done.

You can file an appeal against the order of High Court quashing the DV case against parents of husband.

Sir, where can we file this appeal will it be Supreme court ? Is there any way we can file this in high court itself.

Yes you have to file an appeal in the supreme court only.

Sir, the thing is the FIL, MIL & SIL used to harrass that girl in various manners. By Perjury what i mean was the have mentioned in the say filed against the DV that the girl used cook spicy & oily food & their son could not eat those types of foods so she was purposely harrassing him but the truth is their son is a pakka non veg ( which is oily & spicy )& drinks a lot, smokes we have proofs of his bills eating/drinking in hotels with his signature. And many more facts which openly proves they all lied on oath
