One of the coparcenars in HUF has self acquired property. He dies. Therafter the self acquired property dwells on his wife, 2 minor sons and on a minor daughter. Can she blend this property into HUF either on her own or as natural guardian for the minor children. Is it legally correct?

if minors are legal heirs so in this blend with court order.

One can do any thing about one's own right but can not act against minor's right without prior permission obtained in this regard from District Judge.
