In the Income tax Act, it is department under revenue department.Centeral Board of Direct Taxes is Body framed by the Central Government to control and take review regarding Direct Taxes as like Income tax.Just like IRDA in insurance sector CBDT issued Notification, circulars, and control and mangaged to the ITD
