DEAR SIR,

IF GIRL HAS MARRY WITH ANY OTHER MAN WITHOUT TAKING DIVORCED. NOW I FILE DIVORCED CASE IN COURT. ALONGWITH THAT HOW CAN I TAKE LAGAL ACTION AGAISNT HER FOR REMARRY WITHOUT TAKING DIVORCED. MARRIAGE IS NOT REGISTER, BUT PROOF HAVING PHOTOGRAHS, TEMAPLE CERTIFICATE & PHOTOS.

IS THIS SUFFIANCE?

its ipc offence so you made out complaint at police station with proof they will take care . its bigamy offence.

Yes. Lodge a police complaint against the lady and the second husband. But the fact suppressed by the lady and the second man is innocent mean you can't punish him for this offence..

And divorce proceedings entirely differ from penal provisions. You can use those photos and temple receipts to favour for your plea..

you cna file criminal complaint for bigamy under section 494 of IPC . the proof that you have of photgraphs, temple certificate should suffice .

however better option would be to obtain divorce by mutual consent . you will only increase your lawyer bills otherwise

Remedies you have has already been told to you by Mr.Tom.Mr.Sethi has also told you.

Spouses problems are a little more complex which law often fail to meet practically.

There is no point in ruining time money and energy behind any personality with whom the GOING can not be.

Then it should be utilized for a faster PARTING by use of theory of GIVE AND TAKE
by mutual consent.Hence negotiate for divorce by mutual consent in lieu of condonation of offence seems more practicable.
