sir the pititionor was filed againist governament but the governament was alreday refused his pitition in collectorate .nd on false case with fake forged documents [on forged decree obtained in civil court] the pititionor was filed againist governament to quash the gos. the decree so long back obtained 20 years back and the person was not entered in revenue records and the land in question covered by urbun land cealing act.the 8 other persons and 4 govt dept and my self was involved in this case .then how can with draw the case ?it is my question on the case .

As State is one of the parties in this case so even if private parties make compromise between them, State is not bound with them so better to get decided the case in the light of entered compromise at the earliest by moving an application for early hearing or getting the case put before Conciliation Center of High Court.
