Law against abusing physically disabled

Is there any law where physically handicapped person can fight against person abusing him every now and then called "Langdaa" or "Andhaa".
Also torturing him on his financial conditions.
Please let me know in Depth.

Purohit! If any person with malafide intension of teasing and harassing or defaming anyone tries to utter such words as you told in your query then such person can be sued in defamation case. A prior notice is required to be sent through a lawyer for this purpose and thereafter this criminal complaint can be filed.
I think this matter should be resolved socially instead of intervention of court but if this has become necessity then do as advised.

Handicapped are well protected, and encouraged. Have many reservations in Housing, jobs, stall for telephone, booth milk booth by bmc etc. bank finance available for rehabilitation.
