HELLO EXPERT,

WILL THE TENANT GETS RIGHT TO STAY IF HE STAYS MORE THAN 33 MONTHS ?

No period of stay as tenant perfects his his status from tenant to owner.
He can mostly counter the case of the landlord in the event the landlord files a suit for eviction.

There is no provision in law, which say that staying more than 33 months, right will be established.
Right to stay depend upon agreement.
