HELLO EXPERT,
WILL THE TENANT GETS RIGHT TO STAY IF HE STAYS MORE THAN 33 MONTHS ?

No period of stay as tenant perfects his his status from tenant to owner.
He can mostly counter the case of the landlord in the event the landlord files a suit for eviction.

Your intention to ask this query is very clear. The tenant do not get such right to remain in the teneted premises for ever.

There is no provision in law, which say that staying more than 33 months, right will be established.
Right to stay depend upon agreement.
