Please solve my query..
If A B C D are four brothers have equal share in a property. (value of property- 30,00,000)
Now, They (A C & D) wants to write a will in favour of B.
They ( A C & D) wants transfer this property in favour of B after the Death.
For this purpose they wants to make a WILL in favour of B.
1. What effect of will (वसीयत) happens after death of A?
Ans: - A's share of property will be transferred to B.
2. What effect of will (वसीयत) happens after death of B but before death of A C & D.
Ans:- Please give your answers for this query..................................

Learned Seniors may correct me if I am wrong - in my view If B predeceases A then legacy/will lapses - and the property would go to the legal heirs of A.

1. If property is ancestral it will go to legal heirs of A. If it is self acquired it will go to B according to will.
2. B's share will go to legal heirs of B, and Share of ACD will remain as it is.

Mr. Arvind ji please confirm me whether WILL/legacy will be lapses after the death of B but before death of A C & D.
And if not,(not lapses)
Can benefits of WILL/Legacy transferred to legal heirs of B?

Yes wil/legacy will bw lapsed automatically and no question arises about benefit of will.

I fully endorse the views of Arvind. If B passes prior to his 3 brothers then his own (B) share shall be inherited by his legal heirs and will of A, C & D shall have no meaning means it shall lapse and those are free to change it.
