eviction case was filed against me for non payment and sub letting.sublettees filed case ag landlord claiming they are independent tenants.but their case was dismissed and they vacated the portion in their possession and handed over possession to landlord. does this will affect main case filed by landlord ag. me for eviction as case is pending for nonpayment of rent and subletrting. in case case is decided ag. me on ground of non payment iwill have to full rent including that of sublettees also

if landlord has filed case against you for non payment of rent you cn amake full payment to landlord of the arrears of rent .
if you have sublet the premises without obtaining permission of landlord it is a ground for eviction .
arrive at an settlement with landlord .make an offer for increase in the amount of rent you have to pay

First of all Subletting of tenanted premises not allowed.
You already lost that area, as evicted and handed over to your Land Lord.
What remained now????? What will u get or loose??
