sir, i have recieved a proposal to make a sale deed of flat in complex, there are more than 10 flats in one complex and each one has been baught by the different purchaser now i have to make sale deed of flat which we never made in our town. As far as the complex is concern so there are shopes at the ground floor and than flats which are 2 bhk, or 3 bhk, now what detail should be made in sale deed wht should be the formation of the deed. There is only one owner of the complex there is no builder involved in it.

First need to disclose that you are the person going to buy or going to sell.

For beginners it is better to follow the sale deeds of another flats,you can certified copies in sub registrars office.
