We have a undivided property of three brother & two sister ( my father is one of them ),my father sale out his portion to my own uncle ( father's small brother ), but in this case my uncle not payment us .One of our tanent give me the payment because he will ocupied our place , this is a undivided property that's why the sale deed is on the name of my uncle but payment give me that tanent .So in this case is there any problem because the payment from that tanent account????
And how much can my father take in white & black ( my father is a retired person & he have not receive any pention , his age is 82years ).

We don't advise acceptance of black money.
W.r.t. the payment of rent, if there is a family settlement, there is no problem.
