Issues framed by judge

(Querist) 25 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
This is a question regarding the issues framed by the judge in my lawsuit.

Is there a way to make the judge include an issue which he has not included in his list?

Here is the issue I need included:

Through the RTI Act, I have obtained documentary evidence that a Government body gave me different (varying) answers to the same questions. Their attempts to conceal and lie about the facts has caused years of delays and mental harassment.

However, the judge has simply ignored this issue. I think this issue has merit and should be included.

How can I put pressure on the judge to include this in the issues, as I have documentary evidence to prove it, and it's a very important factor while seeking monetary compensation.

Is there a way to apply for inclusion of this issue, if so, how can I do so?

when case is placed for issues generally draft issues are placed for consideration before the court . the judge after hearing the parties finalises th e issues .

the judge finalises issues after application of mind . the issue may seem imporrtant to you but judge must have felt it was of no merit

I see, thank you for the reply. I hope that the issues framed by the judge are "draft issues" and some discussion will take place later.

If the issues have already been framed you can file an application for framing of an additional issue under Or.14 itself. (Please confirm the exact rule)
