Dear Kalpesh,
Since it is an ancestral property and your father is having 1/3 share in the said two plots. You should not fear and worry. First communicate with your uncle regarding to make partition of your ancestral property and if they are not taking care of it then you boldly file a court case (Civil case) i.e. suit for partition by your father against his two brothers who are torturing you and your father. Better contact a local good lawyer, he will do the needful. You have to get your entitle share by court of justice. Best of luck.
