Jurisprudence of law confers rights and says a right never dies but then legislature says
that there must be some time limit to enforce rights through judicial system that is how Limitation Acts are born.
At present in our country Limitation Act 1963
is enforced.

I agree with Mr.Ashutosh. Jurisprudence of law confers rights and says a right never dies but then legislature says
that there must be some time limit to enforce rights through judicial system - otherwise there is no end for sufferings of the persons against the right is enforceable. Not only the person, but also his/her children for generations together will suffer if there is no limitation to seek legal remedy is fixed. that is how Limitation Acts are born.
