I would like to know if a GPA executed and registered in Maharashtra is valid outside Maharashtra.
If not then how do we go about execution and registration of any documents - say in case of property purchased outside Maharashtra on the basis of this GPA?

If it is in respect of any immoveable property then it is of no effect for property outside this state.

if the GPA is executed for a property situated in outside of the state the GPA will be valid out of the state.
