Dear Sir
I have finalise the property in rahatani pimpale saudhagar area,which is in gunthewari.Property in ready possesion and collector NA done in 2007.water supply,MSEB connection available.still i am searching the bank who offer me loan on same property.but i have not given any token amount to builder.as per document given by builder plan sanction by PCMC & regularisation certificate issued in 2011. this property just adjusant side of NISARG HARDIK sociaty which is approved by PCMC
please advise me shall i purchase above said property

contact a local lawyer . let him got hrough the papers and then advice whether title is clear and marketable

I have asked my office legal adviser as per his opnion title is clear,but there is no gunthewari scheme announced by pcmc and the only thing is concern.please advise shall i purchase the property
