sir i also recieved another case in which a bike rider mate with an accident with three whiller rikshaw {piagio} and so that he got fracture in his knee and he got lots of injury on the part of his finger area of the leg and therefroe he can not walk as he could in the past also he is unable to kick his bike. he has not recieved injury certificate from the doctor yet, he is farmer so is he entitle for claim or what amount should be claimed?

yes, in this case bike rider is entitled for claim. He can claim his medical expenses, loss of income, inefficiency of work after accident, all other expenses related to his treatment etc...
