This query is : Resolved
dear sir my granfather had made a registered will, and divided his property to his 3 sons.now out of three two sons have applied for motation of property to their names according to the will, one application has been submitted 1 month earlier than the other one. i wanted to ask the query is whether the second party who has applied later can give an objection stating that , even though first party has submitted the application earlier than second one , the Result should be with held and postponed upto the date of second party judgement day. please reply

What is the purpose and intention about the proposed objection?

intention is to delay the process as we have got more land than my other two uncles.
so they dont want the share according to will , they can take time and challenge the will in the court . i think this is the reason.
but please tell me whether the Revenue inspector or the Tahsildar has this powers to delay his decision inspite of submitting all the legal documents.an the timelimit for his judgement is already over it is more than two months i had submitted the application.

Generally revenue officers decide the entire matter at the same time after providing every party to put its version so it hardly matters who moved application first and who thereafter.
