Transfer of property in the event of death of flat owner to his legal hairs

we have a property in thane in a housing society in my father's name and this flat is bought in sep 2002 by taking housing loan from hdfc bank.
as my father died due to medical problems in may 2008 we have to pay the loan emi till now and the property is not transferred to my mother.
so please tell me how we can tranfer this property to my mother's name.

If Loan unpaid, and hdfc NOC reqd by co-op soc, It will not be trf w/o noc.
Once Loan is cleared, and u get ur Original Documents, Agreement, etc from hdfc bank,
U can apply to trf the Flat on ur mother's name .
U did not disclose it in ur earlier Query that she already have a flat in the Society and a member .
If ur father nominated ur mother , it is easier.
All legal heir's consent is required.
