Hi,

In compromise cases if we file application in high court for quashing of Proceedings, how much time the high court gives to clear the objection, Is there any time limit

what are objections taken out by registry in numbering the petition . normally 15 days time is granted to remove the office objections

There is no time limit , it can be anytime within 4-6 weeks.
