My lawyer filed judicial separation in April2011. 1st Mediation in Dec 2011 failed.Maintenance case is going on Domestic violence case is going on. CAW cell returned all the articles including gold and silver wahtever was available with me. Police raided my house yesterday -nothing was found. Wife still wants to live with and I am not ready at all.
I am just wondering how would this case be solved -MCD they are not cming.
Please guide.
I am going to produce proofs where she is with another boy at Rajasthan - at one of the hotels and 3-4 more photographs with the same boy.

if your wife dosent want MCD then it will be a long drawn battle . if you have evidence that she is having relation ship with another man then you can file complaint for adultery (section 497 of IPC) against other man . however please note that wife cannot be prosecuted .

If you have such serious proofs with you then why have you filed petition just for judical separation and not for divorce?
Contested divorce case shall decide your fate.
