What is the harm if the word Bhai implies after your name? You are not going to lose anything due to this tradition. No need for any correction as the gift deed is with you.

It is true that word "Bhai" is common in Gujarat, so not a serious lapse. If u insist, they will rectify.
Deepak Parmar (Querist) 04 January 2013
Yes, But my School LC, Passport, PAN CARD, Income Tax Return and AADHAR Card does not have word BHAI, I am feeling insecure that in future it should not effect the title of the land or there should be such situation where I have to Prove that Deepakbhai Rajabhai Parmar is the same Mr. Deepak Raja Parmar.

And I am staying in Mumbai since birth, does it will effect my other documents as I am making my SC Certificate in Mumbai
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 04 January 2013
i already replied, you shall not be affected in any way as gift deed is already in your possession.

dont worry you listen mr. makkads' statement. it it is not sufficient you may approach proper notarty public and you give an sworn affidavit and mention the differents, after perual by the notary public he sealed and signed in the said sworn affidavit then you proceed any other event.it is enough
