My wife is farmer in M.P. (Madhya Pradesh) and holding Agri. land.
After marriage she came to Gujarat.

She can buy Agri. land in Gujarat?

YES she can.take fresh agricultural land papers attach all extracts to your purchase deed as a proof of

After obtaining certificate of agriculturist, she can very ell do so.

Talathi which is also called as Tehsildar in many States can provide such certificate.
