Deny by govt doctor

respected sir,
my wife is cancer patient since 2003, under the govt hospital, in 2012 after chemotherapy, doctor reffered to jaipur govt hospital for review to radio therepy, which was done in 2003, jaipur doctor advised us go to your doctor and take harmonal therepy, there is no need to redio therepy, I went to my old doctor, but he deny to take case and told me go to another doctor,nether he wrote any table nor any investion,
I complaint to suprintandent of the hospital, but he did not took any action and replied me,
pLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT IS THE OPTION IN LAW, I am affraid the cancer may be reoccured, so please suggest me

Legal path is lengthy and in your case if immediate relief is not made available things may worsen. Probably the hospital may not be having suggested facility. Continue treatment with the hospital where the required facilities are available. You may lodge complaint against doctor in Medical council.
