If you have any problem with any specific clause of the agreement, you may better describe that. Otherwise, the companies have the right to enter in to agreement with their employees, so that after attaining skills in the company they may be restricted to divulge their trade, product or process secrets to any of their competitive companies dealing with the similar type of products or processes by joining that or start their own similar business after resigning from their job.
