Hi,
My father has sold agricultural land in last year. This property is an ancestral property since this land was on the name of my grand parents earlier, after their death, my father & 3 uncles have transfer the ownership on their name.
we are family of 7, father, mother, 3 married sister's, 1 married brother & myself.
What is the share of proportion for all family member's on sales proceeds of agricultural land?

All 7 members/coparcenrs have equal share in the sale proceeds.

But my father and Elder brother are not agree with this ( that sister's also get same share), even though i tried to explain them same thing.
What should be the next step that i can do for my sister's.

Your sisters can get the partition of the property by filing a civil suit. Law is not dependent over the opinion of your brother and father.

Filing suit for partition is then the only option.

My father is going to make a will for share of partition, in that case what will be the case, it would be as per a will everyone get the share or still we can file a suit for partition for equal share

file for suit..thru will your father can only dispose his part..
