There is no provision of punishment in DV Act case so it shall not affect your service career if you abide by the verdict of the court.

Thnx makkad sir on e more query ahd i withdraw myselffrom mediation of supreme court by directly saying to mediator does it have any negative effect on t.p case. What will happen if i directly refuse reconcilation in any case in court.

Q) in domestic voilence case does court take it granted any statement of wife or proceedings are based on evidence or witness. does family members witness is also consider from wife side even when they are not living with wife.
