dear sir,
i have a will of land written by my grand father on plain white paper in 2012.with two garanteer and signature,thumb impress,photo is verified by gazetted officer.please tell me this is valid or not. and if it is valid how can i probate this will.and whats the charges

You need to engage a local lawyer and charges differ from place to place. The execution of will is perfect but let the court decide.

it appears to be valid. Taking of probate is optional in many States. So check with your local advocate.
