What action can be taken !

Sir , My Ward Parshad of nagarpalika have done his own water bore in front of his house , means in road or govt land by misusing his power and sources...

In what way I can go for legal action on him , what should be the best way to punish him and can govt took his water bore off or siege ?

is that criminal offense or is it possible that he can be taken off from his duty ?

he would need permission of corporation to dig a bore well . if done illegally complain to municipal corporation

Thanks Mr. Sethi ! I will file the complain to municipal corporation but in case if they do not take action or delay it , in such case , can I go to court directly and file the case ?

You can file PIL before the High Court.

If Nagar Prishad do not take action then file a complaint under section 133 of criminal procedure code before SDM.
