Dear Experts,
A person filed a false complaint to the police against ABC and the police did not register the case as such the person filed a private complaint in the court and refered the police and they issued a FIR, under Non-bailable sections of IPC,for which ABC can file an anticipatory bail or to file QUASH petition in the HIGH COURT.Kindly advice in this regard.Thanq.

Dear Querist
first of all i want to tell you that AB is not applicable in all state if in ABC's state the AB is applicable then AB and if ABC have very strong proof against the complaint then file a quashing petition before HC.

There is no straight jacket formula to guide you in the given case. All possibilities are exhausted by people. Many persons believe to face the trial and get exonerated of the charges on merits.
