498a and dv case

(Querist) 17 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
Hi respected sir/madam

I am software engineer and 6 month back i filed 498a and DV case against my greedy husband and his parents. DV case is running right now...

After the engagement my husbad and FIL demanded XYZ amt from my parents, and later they threaten to cancel the marriage if the amount not given before marriage because of social stigma my parents were ready to give the demanded XYZ amount and transferred that amount to FIL A/c.

Now in the court My husband is saying that the XYZ amount taken (transferred to FIL A/c)is for marriage expenses and which is given by my parents with their own desire.
As there is no demand from our side(boy side) girl parent ready to bear all the expenses of marriage and in respect to that money was transferred.

Which totally False.............

Whether I will get justice or not the court will going to listen me or my husband.

Pls reply what else i can add to strong my case.
Thanks

Madam whatever you are asking totally depends upon the facts and circumstances of every case and there cannot be any generealised reply. Whether the court will be going to listen to you or your husband or what else you can add to make your case strong are the questions dependent upon facts, which nobody on the forum knows. Rest all is speculations, so better you talk to your lawyer.

consult local lawyer.

Agree with the Expert. A local family Lawyer will guide you in a proper way. Court hears all when approached, decides on the basis of facts before it, evidences, law, procedure etc.

his plea is per-se not sounding to logic. You cna act as advised above.
