sir i was arrested 2 months ago and now realesed on bail. At the time of arrest i have my licence, oan card , mu atm, and some cash. and moblile also .
I want to know that what is the procedure to take my pan card , atm and all material back from police.
and all the material is no relation with the case.

Application for sapurdari is to be moved before the trial magistrate and on the report of the police, the same shall be released to you.
