Respected Sir,
With due respect, I would like to inform that I was working in the central government organization at the time of applying the online application for Specialist officer -2, conducted by IBPS 2013.I did contact with the head of my organization to allow me to apply for Specialist officer -2, conducted by IBPS 2013. But I had not received the permission letter at that time through proper channel. So I could not mention my job experience in the online application form. I did interview without any objection certificate and I am provisionally selected in interview. IBPS has provisionally allotted me central bank of India for this post. I am interested to join central bank of India after resigning from my present post.
Sir I am already member of new pension scheme and I have got a permanent retirement account number and I want to transfer my NPS account to CBI. Sir, I will give acceptance of my resignation letter and character certificate from the working organization but Administrative officer of my organization is not ready for signature central bank of india formate. He told that I will give on general character certificate after resignation from here. I am facing this type problem before join of your organization. I will be available with all information/ experience documents at the reporting time to regional office of CBI before joining. Sir please gives suggestion what should do about this problem. Also give me supportive document for my future point of view. Give me reply as soon as possible because by joining date is 30august 2013.

As your appointment is not through proper channel and even you have not mentioned about your present job so the question of clubbing your past service or service benefits or accumulations of NPS in your new service but even then it shall be better to get exact information from your new place of posting as every bank has its own rules in this regard.
As far as character certificate is concerned, the admin of your organization is correct in his approach.
