Child custody:birthday celebration

In March'2014 my son will be of 3years.
I have juts got visitation right at court premises and lawyer chamber.
Last year we got permission from court to celebrate birthday at my wife premise,
but they locked door.We inform police and police inspected violation of court order.

My question is , if i file petition on court that i want to celebrate birthday on
my premises , mother would hand over my son for 4-5 hour, will court grant the order ?

Is it right to file petition in this manner?
Will court compel my wife to bring myson to my home for at least 4-5 hours

make application to court . draw attention to violation of court orders by wife . court may garnt you permission

You may approach court for orders.

You have to file petition to the trial court u/s 151 cpc for variation in the visitation order.
For violation move to high court.
