Regarding Victimization of me and my family and character assassination
I joined DAE, (Central Govt. Organization) on June 2003 after completing his MBBS degree from Pune University and with a service experience of three and half year from Maharashtra state health department. I was posted at RMP Mysore as SO/C and continuing my service at RMP Mysore with full dedication and sincerity. I was considered for the promotion to SO/D in the year 2008.
My wife joined in this esteemed organization on November 2011 after completing her MBBS degree from ‘Baba Saheb Marathwada University’, Aurangabad, Maharashtra and with a service experience of more ten years. I had applied for the post of GDMO at Kalpakkam and had attended the interview for the above post on 2010. Accordingly I was selected for the post and joined at Kalpakkam on November 2011. On joining the authorities asked us that why your department was against you , they could have taken your wife very easily instead for third person.
Before joining of my wife, we were settled in Mysore along with my family consists of me my wife, children at the age of 9 years (son) and 4 years (daughter) and my 65 year old mother. My mother is ailing from “Cancer”. I am the only one son to her and she is widowed and fully depended on us. My mother was undergoing treatment for cancer at Mysore.
Since our children are at budding stage and need more maternal care at this stage, we have forced to keep our children at Kalpakkam along with my wife. My wife have to attend the R’ o Clock duties at Kalpakkam, in order to take care my children during night hours, I have to depend on my aged mother and this situation compelled me to keep my mother at Kalpakkam. This decision adversely hampered the regular treatment and follow-up of my mother for her ailment of Cancer. This disconnect situation of my family not only missing the paternal care to my growing children but it also repudiate reasonable treatment to my mother who had lost her husband at early years and with much difficulty she supported to my education. To maintain this entire situation under control I forced to avail leaves very frequently and travel to Kalpakkam. This situation very badly affected my family’s health and financial condition. Accordingly I applied for a transfer to Kalpakkam against vacancy in the year 2012 and the same request was declined by the respected authority stating the reason that no vacancy is available at Kalpakkam. And the same month vacancy has been advertised.
When we asked the reason , authorities at Kalpakkam said that my CRs are very poor. So I came back to Mysore and asked my project Director regarding the same. But he clearly refuted what I said and told me that authorities at Kalpakkam may be having some different candidate in their mind and reiterated that my CR s are very good and above. Also he expressed his inability to take my wife. Instead asked me to think about other option. So asked for transfer to Mumbai our head department in Nov. 2012 eventually my that request was also not acceded by the authorities at Mumbai. They also told me that MY CRs ARE SO MUCH SPOILED THAT NO ORGNIZATION WILL TAKE YOU.
Now I am in severe depression and unable to take any decision As
1. Without any reason, without my information my CRs have been spoiled. That means they have not followed the normal administrative procedure. During my 10 years service I with any MEMO, or disciplinary action against me. As well as there is no unauthorized leave availed by me.
2. Willfully tried to go against selection of my wife that compromised her merit which is again ,against the Indian Constitution.
3. Knowingly not followed the DOPT guideline which clearly mentions that as far as possible Appointing Authority should keep the husband and wife together.
4. Frequently lied to me and delayed my reunion with my family.
So at this juncture I would like to take expert advice from your panel.

your question is really needful but our forum only give advised not file case or suit regarding any matter. So it is necessary for you that consult local lawyer and or may take legal action, i hope you can win and find your place but don't do delay.

you appear to have taken no action so far to get the ACR set aside. It appears that CRs are below bench mark and not communicated
SO you have to reap the harvest of spoiled ACR if you do not fight. So better not to crib
