A complain case was filed in the court against a robbery followed by head injury. Court ordered to police station to lodge the FIR. A FIR was lodged and an investigation was carried out by Police Inspector and found the correctness of the filed case. He ordered the police station to arrest the culprits. But after 3-4 month, police has not taken any action against them. Police has not submitted the diary also to the court yet. Please suggest how a warrant can be issue from court in this case.

The court can issue warrant of arrest. The court can also ask for status report on the ongoing investigation.
