Dear Sir,
It is very well known, that many laws are their for sexual/financial/emotional harassment of girl. But is there any law for protect man harassment by girl ? For example if girl deceive boy for financial benefits by false statements of n... . need/friendship/love or any other kind If there is any law which protect man...kindly respond with...

Facts:
1. Initial Location: Noida (me), chennai(her)
2. Employer: Different but both are having agreement, my employer use her employer for services.she was 3rd party.
3. june,13 starts with exchange of snap/number.she said for friendship.
4. we talked on company messanger/internet/phone till november 13 remotely, then i transferred by company to chennai.
6. we meet around 28 nov 13 in company office and then go to mall.i welcome her with a gift of penset, and paid all, she does not gift anything.
7. december 22 i went to my home, she asked to buy saree and sweter for her..i buyed 2 saree and gifted her with some more sweets and edible items, costing rupees rs. 164 on 7 jan 2014.in between i asked clearly for her mindset, but she procrastinated for every everyway i tried to know her.
8. in between on "i love u" and other romantic message, she become silent and replied as normal to other messages.
9. 10 jan 14, i said her to come out to talk clearly,she said my boyfriend does not allowed.
10. i said u r telling lie/trick,she said no, i m true.i asked why u didnt told me earlier, she said because i didnt want to make it news, then i said y u played with my emotions, she said dont blame now.
11. then i tried her to make even normal even friendly relations, but she didnt turned up and denied to talk/communicate.
12. on 26 jan 14 , i asked money of saree rs 1640 to make her turned up.
13. on 27 jan 14, she came with 2000rs with very bad attitude, misbehaved/dishonored.i denied with "i dont have capacity to receive the money of gifts" for money.she said u take or throw its on u.
14. on 28 jan 2014, i said finally, i will not accept it.u can take from compamy admin who take money when money become orphan in office.
15. i got the call from her boyfriend, asking not to talk, and threat with "further steps".
16. she has now money,sarees and everything, and i was humilated for asking my money and for cool things.
it seems they both used under conspiracy for financial and other benifits, Can u kindly suggest, what could be the best options for me , my objective is still not to harres her, instead just to give a lesson, and save my reputation ?

She was even ready to pay back the money for your gift.Now what do you expect when she had confirmed she is not interested.

You have demanded cost of articles you bought for her and when she tried to pay, you refused.
She does not want to have relation with you, you want to continue.
Leave and forget the whole episode would be better way.
Sometime teaching of lesson is to be left for time to come.
Concentrate to your work and career and future.
You will feel more satisfied and happy.
