Directly mro can mutate

(Querist) 10 February 2014 This query is : Resolved 
the title declaration case has been compromised in the lok adalat and the award copy also obtained.the award holder has applied to MRO for mutation.
Q1.based on the application can the mro mutate the said land.is there any legal procedure required for mutation.
Q2.IF ANY NO OBJECTION OF THE OTHER PARTY(JUDGMENT DEBTOR) IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR MUTATION OR NOT.
Q3.THE CONCERNED MRO REQUIRED ANY LEGAL ORDER FROM COURT OR COLLECTOR.
PLS GIVE ME THE SOLUTION .
