Cancell of flat registration or transfer of registration

Dear Sir,
I had purchase a flat in the month of Jan14 and the same was registered with in one week at registrar office.I had approached bank for loan. As per bank the flat purchased is in refuge area and they are refusing for loan .I was not knowing that the flat is in refuge area before or after the registration has done.My query is that can the registration be cancelled or can it be transfer to some other flat in the same building.Who will bear the cost if incurred e.t.c. I had paid the 20% share to my builder, rest is loan from banks.
Pl. advise at the earliest.

ask for refund of your money from builder or alternative flat . if builder refuses move consumer forum for necessary reliefs .

builder can execute deed of cancellation with you for the flat

Yes, I agree with Mr. Ajay Sethi's opinion in this regard. You may approach the builder to cancel the sale deed and allot another flat alternately you can demand for refund of the amount already given to him for the previous flat.

You should be vigilant while purchasing and getting it registered. A scrutiny from a lawyer should have been done.

Presently amicable settlement with the builder is the better solution.
