Parents disputed propert in chs

We are three brothers, and as usual there is some property of our parents in the form of flats. Both parents have died, and both flats are in our mothers name.

No brother agrees to settle the dispute over property in mutual understanding.

What are the options other than court case ?

Can there be forceful partition if any one brother applies for partition claim ?

better agree for partition . it is in your own interest . get partition deed prepared for division of all properties of mother

If agree partition is declined, by the other two brothers, what can be done ?

No other alternate left but the legal steps when amicable solution is not possible.
