Maintenance civil case

I had filed a case u/s 125 crpc. Order passed against my husband. Monthly maintenance is rs.6000. Two and a half years gone. My husband did not pay anything. I have filed civil suit u/s Order 7 Rule 1 CPC and asked court to attach his properties. He had two properties. He sold one property before I file civil suit. Again he sold second property after I filed civil suit.
Question1)Please suggest me what I can do now? because he sold all the two properties. Can I ask court to order INVALID OF SALE or VOID OF SALE of second property because he sold second property after I filed civil suit.
Question2) Will the court order INVALID OF SALE?

you can file against him for imprisonment, you could not ask invalid sale.

1. You file petition u/s 125(3) crpc in the same court which passed the order of maintenance.
2. No as it was done before order of attachment.
Initiate 1st option which would put him behind bars if he fails to comply the order.
